Meetings of Sudbury History Society are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 10am in the Barratt Room, upstairs in The Granary, Quay Lane, Sudbury CO10 2AN.
The Granary is the building on the far side of the big car park, as you enter.
The meeting usually consists of a talk given by a guest speaker, followed by questions, and announcements.
Tea or Coffee is served afterwards.
In some months, an excursion is organised to Historical sites, Museums or a Gallery, usually on a Friday or Thursday in the second half of the month . There is a separate charge for excursions.
The August out door ‘alfresco lunches’ at a local country venue are discontinued.
At the December meeting a ‘Yuletide’ celebration is held, which only full members are eligible to enjoy.
