Leave Sudbury Bus Station at 8.45am, please be on the minibus so that we can leave on time. Please bring £2 in coins to cover the drivers’ tips.
Arrive Wymondham at approx. 10.15am for coffee, toilets and exploring.
Leave Wymondham at 11.15am.
Arrive Wroxham at 12.15 approx. Terrible road works around Norwich.
Lunch – Just over the bridge there is a fish and chip shop and a couple of food kiosks. Also a hotel. There are lots of picnic tables and benches in the little shopping precinct – there is also a Costa Coffee. My plan is to take a sandwich with me and buy a coffee and a piece of millionaire’s shortbread at Costa and eat it at the picnic tables.
We need to board the boat at 12.45 for 1pm sailing, so please don’t go far! The cruise takes one and a half hours. We may want to stretch our legs before boarding the the mini buses, however we do have a nice stop-off for toilets , tea and cake at the Thetford Garden Centre and their Lime Tree Cafe.
Arrive Sudbury at approximately 5.30pm.
